April 2010 Licensure Examination For Teachers (Let) For Secondary

A total of 11,322 examinees passed the licensure examination for teachers given by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) last month.

In its official website, the PRC said 4,835 passed the licensure test for elementary teachers out of 31,306 examinees. Four passed the accelerated teacher education program out of 109 examinees.

Of the 27,802 examinees, 6,483 passed the licensure exam for high school teachers. West Visayas State University-La Paz had the most number of passers - 71 out of 84 examinees - in the licensure test for the elementary level.
